Congratulations on your beautiful, new puppy! In this course I will walk you through everything you need to know to get off on the right foot with your brand new fur baby! I will introduce all the basic cues and go over everything from potty training to which food and treats I recommend! We will have a few field trips to work on our socialization skills and begin laying the groundwork for preventing leash pulling! This is a perfect class for new dog owners as well as seasoned veterans! Puppies should be fully vaccinated and between the ages of 12 weeks- 6 months to take this course. Whew! You made it through puppyhood, but now you’re in T-REX ZONE!!!! The teenaged years can be challenging, which is why it is so important to continue setting your dog up for success for when they reach adolescence. This is the perfect course for dogs that are between 6 months - 2 years. We will review and reinforce the basics that they learned in Puppy Pre-School and then go to the next level of obedience! We will continue learning about age appropriate brain games, create a daily care plan to ensure that your dog’s daily needs are being met, go on a few socialization field trips, discuss the prevention and treatment for common behavioral issues, share dietary tips and more! YOU MADE IT!!! You have graduated from Puppy Pre-School and Tweenaged Wasteland (Adult Obedience Level 1) !!! Congratulations! Now it’s time to really perfect those skills and start thinking about earning your AKC Canine Good Citizen Certificate! We will use class time to continue mastering our socialization and obedience skills and move onto some more advanced tricks and commands! This class runs for 8 weeks and costs $400. If you are going out of town or have a busy week scheduled, feel free to reach out about a “Pet Visit” !!! This package is entirely customizable and can include any combination of the following services: a refill of food/ water bowls, a walk, playtime, outing, trip to a sniffspot, one-on-one training time to work on new obedience skills and with the option of leaving your pet with a refilled enrichment toy to work on until you can return! If you are just looking for someone to come walk your dog while you are away I would be so happy to do this for you! This package is $30 for a one hour walk. Sign up for this service under the “contact” tab on the website.

If you are headed out of town and not wanting to uproot your pet by sending them to a scary kennel or to an unfamiliar friend/ family member’s house, I would be more than happy to come stay the night with them and keep them company until you return! Overnight care is $100 for a visit from 6pm-8am the next day for one pet. There will be an extra $10 added per additional pet. This fully customizable service can include any of the following: an hour long walk in the evening, one-on-one personalized training time, dinner prep, medicine distribution, an hour long walk in the morning, filling and leaving enrichment toys for them to work on during the day.
